Eoin Jackson is Chief of Staff and Legal Fellow at the Climate Governance Commission, where he supports the Commission’s operational management, serves on the Steering Committee of both the CGC and MEGA, and provides legal research and advisory support. An Attorney-at-Law (New York State Bar), Eoin has advised a diverse range of climate NGOs and civil society organisations.

Eoin is also a PhD Candidate in Law at the London School of Economics, specialising in international climate law and climate litigation, and has contributed to research and policy work at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment.

Eoin has been recognised as an Emerging Climate Leader by the Harvard Kennedy School and as an Emerging Voice in International Law by the American Branch of the International Law Association (ABILA). His writing on climate law and litigation has been published in the Review of European, Comparative & International Environmental Law (RECIEL), Cambridge Journal of Climate Research, Journal of Arctic Security, Irish Law Times, The Irish Times, The Indian Express, and numerous other outlets.
